3 Step Training Cycle Process

• Cycle 1- All about building a foundation in 4-6 weeks

• Cycle 2- We apply a higher level of intensity adding weight and volume in 6-8 weeks.

• Cycle 3- Higher intensity training mixed with higher-skilled based exercise in 9-12 weeks.

STEP 1

We begin with a 30-minute fitness assessment to discuss your lifestyle, health habits, fitness goals, and schedule.

STEP 2

After your assessment is complete, your trainer will give you feedback on what training program best fits for you to meet your goals effectively.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Your personalized workout program and schedule will be done weekly, and your trainer will confirm all up-and-coming sessions for the week on Sundays via text. You can also reach out to your trainer anytime with questions for accountability and nutritional advice. Let’s Get Fit!
